Trauma

Trauma is the response to a deeply distressing or disturbing event that overwhelms an individual’s ability to cope, causes feelings of helplessness, diminishes their sense of self and their ability to feel the full range of emotions and experiences.

Arthroplasty

Arthroplasty is a surgical procedure to restore the function of a joint. A joint can be restored by resurfacing the bones. An artificial joint (called a prosthesis) may also be used. Various types of arthritis may affect the joints.

Arthroscopy (also called arthroscopic or keyhole surgery) is a minimally invasive surgical procedure on a joint in which an examination and sometimes treatment of damage is performed using an arthroscope

Bone Tumor

Abnormal bony tissue forming improper division of bone cell causing bed cell growth and and abnormal bone formation. sometimes they are painless and some we found out following some symptoms or fractures . Some of the tumors are benign (localised) and some are malignant (spreadable),each tumor has its own type of management, early detection ,proper management can prolong the life span and possible to salvage the particular limb to lead a healthy and happy life.

Musculoskeletal Disorders

Musculoskeletal pain refers to pain in the muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and nerves. The causes of musculoskeletal pain are varied. Muscle tissue can be damaged with the wear and tear of daily activities. Trauma to an area (jerking movements, auto accidents, falls, fractures, sprains, dislocations, and direct blows to the muscle) also can cause musculoskeletal pain. Other causes of pain include postural strain, repetitive movements, overuse, and prolonged immobilization. Changes in posture or poor body mechanics may bring about spinal alignment problems and muscle shortening, therefore causing other muscles to be misused and become painful.
